1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or accessing the cloud hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS), or dedicated server services provided by BlueVe Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("BlueVe Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our cloud infrastructure may only be utilized for lawful purposes. You agree not to host, distribute, or facilitate spam, malicious software, unauthorized port scanning, denial-of-service activities, or content violating applicable Indian IT Act regulations.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

BlueVe Tech provides a 99.9% uptime SLA for compute nodes, network switching, and power delivery. Scheduled maintenance windows (notified in advance or indicated during system upgrades) are excluded from downtime calculations.

4. Billing, Payments & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. Customers may cancel their active services at any time via the management dashboard. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible Starter and Standard plans.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall hold exclusive jurisdiction.
